Agency 2017 is a ‘Strategy, Marketing and Business Turnaround’ niche consultancy, offering ‘Go-To-Market’ solutions to emergent real estate developers. Founded by Shouvik Sarkar, in 2017, with the sector emerging afresh from the multi-faceted RERA, demonetisation and GST – the belief is that the compelling ingredient in real estate is planning and discipline of execution.

Founder
An Indian School of Business alum (2010), Shouvik brings 2 decades of experience, straddling both the business and creative functions. He served the Lodha Group (2010-2017) as Associate Vice President, Marketing, where he handled strategy and marketing, creating category-level business plans with volume, pricing and sales inputs for an INR 1,500 cr +/annum portfolio.
Prior to his MBA, Shouvik was also Creative Group Head at Contract, Mumbai, and served across several geographies and agencies, panning Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Dubai. His work has received over 20 awards at the Abbys and Effies, acknowledged benchmarks in creative and business excellence in India.
Over the last 2 years, Agency 2017 has served clients including Adhiraj Group in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, ATS Group in Noida, DLF Gardencity in Gurgaon (A 243 hectare/~600 acre township) + Tata Housing (Tata Housing Rio de Goa and Tata Amantra) and Edelweiss Real Estate Advisory Practice.
